Power Line post type insulator can be used to insulated and support the conductor wires of the overhead alternation current power lines with the nominal voltage higher than 1000V and frequency no higher than 100HZ installed in common areas, and main and sub foul areas where the sea altitude is no higher than 1000m. The product is able to work in the environment with the temperature ranged between-40'c and +40'c, substitute pin-type insulators, insulate and fix the conductor wires and imporove the level of fouling resistance and mechanical strength of these lines.

Our company manufactures the product according to American national standard and Chinese national standard. The American national standard adopted is ANSIC29.7 Wet-Process Porcelain Insulators-High-Voltage Line-Post Type, that is , 57 series products. The Chinese national standard adopted is GB/T21206-2007 Characteristics of High-Voltage Line Post Type Insulators, that is PS or R series products.
